The Development Services Land Development Division provides engineering and review services for construction of all development projects and public improvements throughout the City. The Division is responsible for providing a complete and comprehensive engineering review of all development projects from the conceptual stage to completion. The responsibility entails review and approval of all final tract and parcel maps, grading plans, and improvement plans (street, water, sewer, storm drains, erosion control, landscaping & irrigation) for compliance with land use regulations, City Master Plan of Streets & Highways, Standard Plans for Public Works Construction Projects, and to ensure that all public improvements are bonded prior to construction.
