Picture Purr-Fect Photo Contest

Think your feline has what it takes to be a star? Enter the City of Upland's Picture Purr-fect Photo Contest for a chance to win bragging rights, purr-fect prizes, and the coveted Fan Favorite title!  Whether your cat is dressed to impress, curled up in the cutest sleeping position, or known for their larger-than-life personality, we want to see them!  A winner will be selected in each of the three contest categories. Those three winners will then advance to the Fan Favorite round, where the public will vote to determine the overall champion.

Contest Rules:

• FREE to enter for Upland and non-Upland residents
• Open to Upland and non-Upland residents
• One entry per cat
• Include 2–3 sentences with each photo telling us about your feline's personality, quirks, or what makes them special.
• Photos must be original, unedited, and submitted by the entrant.
• A winner will be selected in each contest category. The three category winners will advance to the Fan Favorite round.
• All finalist photos will be posted on the Upland Recreation & Community Services Instagram page during the Fan Favorite voting period.
• One vote per person during the Fan Favorite voting.
• By submitting an entry, the entrant grants the City of Upland permission to use the submitted photo(s) and accompanying description in future City publications, promotional materials, and social media posts without additional compensation.
