The Bridge Point Upland Project is a proposed industrial development in Upland, California, encompassing over 201,000sq.ft. on roughly 50 acres.

  • Location:  North-east corner of Central Avenue & Foothill Boulevard (APNs: 1006-351-09, 1006-351-10, 1006-572-
    11, 1006-551-12, 1006-551-22, and 1006-574-10)
  • Project Type: Industrial warehouse/manufacturing facility.
  • Project Scope: ~201,096 sq. ft. on 50.25 acres.
  • Status:
    • Judgement on Remand filed in favor of City of Upland and Bridge Development Partners LLC in Superior Court case on CEQA challenge.
    • Pending construction plans. 
  • CEQA: The project is undergoing a Mitigated Negative Declaration process.

The Draft IS/MND is being circulated for a 37-day review period beginning December 16, 2019, pursuant Section 15105(b) of the CEQA Guidelines. Persons responding are urged to submit their comments in writing. Comments should be mailed or delivered to the city, at the address below no later than 6:00 PM on January 21, 2020. Submittal of written comments via e-mail is also acceptable.
