Planning applications for various project types are provided below. Select and complete the application that corresponds to your project. Applications may be submitted either online through the CSS Portal or in person at the Planning Counter (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) with the applicable fee, depending on the application type. Submittal methods are identified below.
