Join us for Historic Downtown Upland, Inc.'s Dia De Los Muertos Festival featuring food, music, vendors, Mariachi-Led Procession, Catrin & Catrina Costume Contest and more, at 2nd Avenue and 9th Street in Downtown!
Sunday, November 1, 2026 - 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Procession begins at 4:00 pm, beginning at 2nd Avenue and C Street
Catrin & Catrina Costume Contest at 4:30 pm at the Gazebo.
2nd Avenue and 9th Street in the Downtown will be open to pedestrians only. Support local businesses and enjoy the energy of Downtown Upland!
Street Closures: Streets will be closed from 6:00 am Sunday, November 1st through Monday morning.
-9th Street: from 1st Avenue to 3rd Avenue
-2nd Avenue: from C Street to A Street
