Over the past five years, the City of Upland has made strategic investments to revitalize Historic Downtown into a thriving commercial and residential hub. Through targeted funding, infrastructure improvements, and active recruitment of new businesses and housing opportunities, the city continues to enhance Downtown as a destination for dining, shopping, and entertainment for residents and visitors alike.

The Development Services Department has prepared a presentation that summarizes the Downtown Parklet Project and Development Highlights.
