Emergency Repair Program for Homeowners (ERP)

*WAITLIST CURRENTLY CLOSED* The Emergency Repair Program provides a grant for emergency repairs to single-family homes and mobile homes of very low-income families.  The grant is available to income eligible homeowners who live within Upland's city limits, on a first come, first serve basis, subject to annual appropriation caps. For more information please contact the Housing Division at (909) 931-4300.

Food Waste Collection Pails Available

FREE optional food waste collection pails are now available for pick-up!The City of Upland and Burrtec Waste Industries are offering FREE optional food waste pails to help you collect and recycle your food waste. You can pick up a pail during regular business hours from the following location (Upland residents only, one per household):Upland City Yard1370 N Benson Ave.Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This section of the website contains California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents for public review. Documents may include Notice of Availability (NOA), Notice of Intent (NOI), Initial Studies (IS), Negative Dedications (ND), Mitigated Negative Declarations (MND) and Environmental Impact Reports (EIR). Local History Collection at Upland Public Library

Our local history collection at Upland Public Library contains a vast array of non-circulating materials that show the rich history of Upland and the surrounding communities.
