The Finance Committee is a standing committee of the City Council and consists of two Councilmembers, the elected City Treasurer, and a Finance Officer (staff - advisory only) and five citizen advisory members. This Committee shall be responsible for reviewing changes to the finances of the City. This may include reviewing warrants and registers, financial statements, investment reports, the City's annual independent audit, City fees and service charges, and operating budgets. The Committee may make formal recommendations which are then taken to the full City Council for consideration. This committee meets quarterly, the 4th Wednesday of January, April, July, and October.
