About Digital and E-Books
Digital books are the digital versions of print books, including downloadable audiobooks for listening and eBooks for on-screen reading. The Upland Public Library offers different online collections of digital books: bestselling fiction and nonfiction, current topics, and favorite classics from OverDrive; in addition, we also offer e-magazine checkouts to many popular titles. Once you download an eBook or digital audiobook to your computer or laptop, you can view or listen to it, or transfer it to a supported portable device. In addition, Overdrive offers mobile apps to download directly to your cell phone.
