Book-Enders Book Club
Every First Saturday of the month, October through June, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Brodie Room. Ages 18 and up.
Book-Enders is a book club for adults featuring great books, excellent conversation, and fabulous guest speakers! Each month, a limited amount of copies of each title are made available for checkout upon request at the front desk of the Library. Copies of the scheduled titles will be available for purchase in the Friends of the Library Book Cellar after they have been discussed. The Friends of the Upland Public Library have generously supported this book club for adults since it began in 1990!

Adults Arts and Crafts Club
Every Third Saturday of the month at 10:30 a.m. in the Brodie Room. Ages 18 and up.
Do you have a creative side? Do you envy kids for their craft times? This is your chance to enjoy your own arts and crafts adventure! Each month we will feature a new craft for you to work on in good company. We will supply the tools and materials, so all you need to do is show up! Conversations About God
Every Fourth Tuesday of the month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Brodie Room.
The Upland Public Library has partnered with the Upland Interfaith Council to bring you presentations from different faiths in and around our community. There will be speakers from differing denominations of Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hindu, Sikh, Baha’i and more. This free program will be presented January through October. California DMV Driver's Test Study Session
Every First and Third Tuesday of the month, September through May, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Teen Space.
Upland Library is offering to help you study for the California DMV Driver's Test by hosting a walk-through session of the DMV Handbook. Library staff will provide resources to help you pass the DMV exam. You will get a copy of the California Driver Handbook, sample test materals, and online access to practice tests.

Every Second Saturday of the Month from 2:00-3:30 p.m. in the Brodie Room
Calling all Pokemon GO trainers! Come meet new trainers of varying levels to battle one on one, trade, and test your luck with the Smeargle challenge. Guests 16 are welcome to attend. This event is held on the second Saturday of every month.
Every Third Saturday of the Month from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in the Teen Space.
Are you an adult who likes anime and manga? Enjoy favorite episodes from a variety of anime shows & movies, dress up in cosplay, and feast on delicious snacks. This event is held in the new Teen and Literacy Room in the library for guests 16 and up.

Learn something new each month about genealogy and family history. Discover tips and tricks to search for your ancestors, understand the past, and create your family tree.
