Virtual Bingo opens the 1st of each month!   Multiple games will be played.  Play for a chance to win prizes from the comfort of your own home!

Pilates For Seniors
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.  Grab a beach towel or use an exercise mat. Take your time with each lesson and do what you can to move forward with your fitness abilities.

Joseph Pilates' fitness philosophy affirms that the whole (body) must be exercised to achieve good health. This course offers a full body regimen emphasizing proper alignment to achieve core upper and lower body strength that supports the spine. Targeted exercise includes aerobic and anaerobic, range of motion - varied, progressive, repetitive, and habitual in movement. If this aligns with your fitness philosophy, Pilates is the right path for you. Silver Sneakers Exercise For Seniors
Silver Sneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65 years & up.
