Memorial Park

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Memorial Park is located at Foothill Boulevard between Campus and Grove Avenue, with three reservable sites.  Site A may accommodate over 100 individuals.  Sites B & C may accommodate up to 50 individuals each.

Upland Memorial Skatepark

Features:  The Skate Park measures 12,000 square feet and has a 20 inch pipe with bowl, offering street-style skating.

As of Saturday, June 30, 2019, the Upland Memorial Skatepark hours are as follows:

Please Note:  Helmets and safety gear must be worn at all times. 

Fees:
Skatepark Passes and completed Upland Skatepark Participant Release Agreement (see below) will be required for entry into the Upland Memorial Skatepark. Annual Upland Memorial Skatepark Passes (July 1st - June 30th ) may be purchased online by clicking here.  Passes may be purchased on a yearly basis, or a daily basis.

The Upland Recreation and Community Services Division or Upland Police Department may find it necessary to close the skate park during normal operating hours due to the following conditions: Inclement weather including high winds, wet skating surfaces, standing water in the bowl area, the need to make repairs due to vandalism or wear & tear, concern for public safety, violations of safety rules, and special events authorized by the City.
