After School Programs

In collaboration with the Upland Community Partnership for Youth Development, the Upland Recreation and Community Services Division coordinates two after school homework clubs in low income neighborhoods. Students, ages five through twelve are welcome to join VIC's Place, our after-school neighborhood tutoring program.  Drop in for homework assistance, STEM activities, games, crafts, computer use, friends, and a healthy snack in a fun, safe, and structured environment.  This program is open to all residents, free of charge.

  • Upland Housing Authority, 1200 N. Campus Avenue, Upland
  • Magnolia Colonies Apartments, 717 W. 9th Street, #3, Upland

VIC's Place is funded through the Upland Community Partnership and City of Upland Community Development Block Grant.
